Debby Orlando

Debby Orlando is a full-time Pilates instructor and a graduate of The Pilates Center, an internationally renowned Pilates certification program located in Boulder, Colorado. She has over 1400 hours of Pilates teacher training, and has been teaching the classical Pilates method for seven years. Debby is experienced in teaching all of mat and equipment classes. Her widespread teaching has given her the experience to teach all body types, from the beginner, intermediate, advanced, or injured bodies to the professional athlete.
Debby is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance’s National Certification Examination and had achieved Gold Certified Teacher status. In addition, Debby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alverno College and worked in health care industry for 25 years.
Debby is a graduate of the Masters Program and currently a certified teacher for the Masters Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.
Debby is a certified Level I Franklin Method Educator. |

Carolyn Thomas-Roselin
Carolyn has been teaching Pilates for eight years. She is a graduate of the reputable Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Carolyn made a transition into Pilates from a professional career in dance when an interest in the method's rehabilitative value peeked her interest. Prior to teaching Pilates in Wisconsin, Carolyn was in charge of the dance department at Murray State University where she developed a Pilates program for students. When not instructing the public, Carolyn mentors students through a Pilates teacher training program. What excites her most as a teacher is helping people dramatically change their bodies through education and guidance. Recently, Carolyn became a mom and is happily developing the pre and postnatal program at Pilates on the Lake. |

Ronda Arndorfer (Heppe)

A 2006 graduate of The Pilates Center. Ronda was first introduced to Pilates while rehabilitating from numerous running injuries while training to run her first marathon at age 40. Her success with using the Pilates rehabilitation prompted her to pursue Pilates as her passion to share Joseph Pilate's work with others.
Ronda is currently enrolled in the Masters Program at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.

Jill Wolf
Jill is a graduate of The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. She completed her training in 2000 with over 1400 hours of training. She is a member of The Pilates Method Alliance. She consistently exceeds her continuing education requirements to maintain her certification and professional status.
Jill is also a Certified Massage Therapist. She graduated from The Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1990. It was through her massage practice that she got involved in Pilates. She realized the benefit of massage therapy as being a passive modality to help the body and Pilates as an active modality to do the same. Both practices have influenced how Jill looks and works with people. Jill has studied neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and Thai massage. She has been nationally certified since 1996 and is a member of both The American Massage Therapy Association and the Association of Bodyworkers and Massage Practioners.
Jill owned her own Pilates and Massage studio in Sheboygan, Wi and has taught Pilates and practiced Massage Therapy around the country for the past 5 years. |

Shelia Smith
Shelia is finishing her training at The Pilates Center this fall. She has been teaching classes at Pilates On The Lake since June, 2007. Shelia lives in Wales with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys spending time with her family. |

Laure Evchuk
Laure's special interest in sharing the benefits of exercise led her to Pilates matwork certification in 2003 through the PhysicalMind Institute. To further expand her knowledge of this work, she also trained through The Pilates Center. Laure completed her training of the classical Pilates method at Pilates on the Lake achieving certification in 2008. Laure offers her clients an individualized and powerful option along their journey to lifelong health and fitness. In addition, Laure is a licensed Physical Therapists Assistant. She has local roots and has worked her entire career in the Milwaukee area providing compassionate patient care for 20 years. |
