Carolyn Thomas-Roselin
Carolyn has been teaching Pilates for seven years.  She is a graduate of the reputable Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Carolyn made a transition into Pilates from a professional career in dance when an interest in the method's rehabilitative value peeked her interest.  Prior to teaching Pilates in Wisconsin, Carolyn was in charge of the dance department at Murray State University where she developed a Pilates program for students. When not instructing the public, Carolyn mentors students through a Pilates teacher training program.  What excites her most as a teacher is helping people dramatically change their bodies through education and guidance.  Recently, Carolyn became a mom and is happily developing the pre and postnatal program at Pilates on the Lake.

A recent graduate of The Pilates Center. Ronda was first introduced to Pilates while rehabilitating from numerous running injuries while training to run her first marathon at age 40.
